About the Role /n
We are currently hiring motivated and reliable Pick Packers and Warehouse Workers for busy distribution centers located in the Condell Park and Milperra area.
/n
These positions offer consistent, full-time day shift hours with standard Monday to Friday schedules. Whether you are looking for an 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM start, we have immediate starts available for dependable team players.
Key Responsibilities /n
/n
Fast-paced picking and packing of orders using RF scanners or pick slips
/n
Unpacking cartons, sorting stock, and labelling items accurately
/n
Manual handling, including lifting boxes, stacking pallets, and wrapping loads
/n
Assisting with general warehouse housekeeping and maintaining safety standards
/n
Receiving, dispatching, and staging goods for transport
/n
What We Are Looking For /n
/n
Experience: Previous experience in a quick-paced warehouse, picking/packing,
or manual handling role preferred
/n
Working Rights: Full Australian Working Rights required (unrestricted full-time work rights; )
/n
Physical Fitness: Ability to perform manual handling, lifting (up to 15–20 kg), and standing for extended periods
/n
Reliability: Solid work ethic, high attention to detail, and a safe work attitude
/n
Transport: Reliable transport to get to Condell Park/Milperra for standard morning starts
/n
Safety Gear: Steel cap boots and high-visibility vest required
/n
