This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working independently, taking ownership and getting things done. You will take ownership of the factory and keep the day-to-day production side of the business running smoothly. There will be a lot of variety in the role.
Some days will be busy with production, while other times you'll be working independently and simply getting on with what needs to be done.

Key responsibilities

Making and assembling shower screens
/n
Cutting aluminium and preparing components
/n
Handling and checking glass
/n
Receiving glass deliveries from suppliers
/n
Checking incoming glass against orders and job requirements
/n
Organising glass, hardware and materials
/n
Preparing jobs for production and installation
/n
Keeping track of what needs to be done
/n
Maintaining a clean, organised and protected factory
/n
General factory maintenance and housekeeping
/n
About you
/n
Previous glass industry experience is strongly preferred, particularly experience with shower screens
/n
Experience handling glass, making shower screens,
cutting aluminium or working in a similar manufacturing workplace would be highly regarded
/n
