A leading pharmaceutical business is looking for a senior marketing leader to take its retail brands to the next level. You'll own the strategy, lead a talented team and drive growth across pharmacy and grocery. It's a role with real influence: shaping brands consumers trust, and the innovation that keeps them ahead.

Key Responsibilities
Build and deliver a marketing strategy that drives brand growth, net sales, market share and brand contribution.
Build brand equity in natural healthcare.
Lead and optimise integrated campaigns.
Drive innovation across the retail brand portfolio.
Lead and develop the marketing team.
Partner with Sales, Category Management, Supply Chain, Finance and Regulatory Affairs to keep everyone aligned.
Track performance and market trends to inform strategy.

Skills & Experience
Degree in Business, Commerce or Marketing.
Senior marketing experience in FMCG.
VMS, skincare or natural health experience is highly regarded.
Solid pharmacy and grocery channel knowledge.




Proven digital and data-led marketing leadership.
Solid people leader and stakeholder manager.
