Zensai is seeking an Account Manager for ANZ to own customer relationships across adoption, renewal, retention and expansion. You will partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, Support and Rev Ops to deliver a seamless customer journey from onboarding to renewal and growth.

You will manage renewal readiness, drive on-time closures, and develop upsell prospects while maintaining CRM data integrity and explicit forecasting insights.
