Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a candidate to join a successful team of specialists. As the Direct Sales Consultant, you will:
/n
/n
/n
/n
Field inbound sales and customer service calls regarding current loan applications
/n
/n
Gathering customer information and documents for current loan applications
/n
/n
Liaise with Credit Approval, Settlements and Compliance teams
/n
/n
Manage direct and indirect loan enquiries
/n
/n
Participate in sales and marketing activities to increase brand awareness
/n
/n
Support the Dealer network with customer relationships
/n
/n
/n
To be considered for the role, you have will have:
/n
/n
/n
/n
Customer service or sales experience working for a banking or finance institution
/n
/n
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and enthusiastic approach to work
/n
/n
Knowledge of the NCCP and Asset finance will be highly regarded, but not essential.
/n
/n
Working for a Finance provider is a definite advantage
/n
/n
/n
/n
