Field Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join a leading logistics and transport solutions provider. This role is responsible for growing revenue through new business acquisition, developing existing customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service across a designated territory.

The Role

Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of customers, and providing tailored solutions that support client growth and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust relationships with new and existing customers.
Identify and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and lead generation activities.
Manage a sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue and new business targets.
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and solution-based sales discussions.
Prepare sales proposals, tenders, contracts, and account plans.
Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements within approved guidelines.
Collaborate with customer service,



operations, and support teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
Resolve customer issues professionally and proactively.
Maintain accurate sales activity records and reporting.

About You
Previous experience in B2B sales, account management, business development or logistics sales
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow revenue - essential
Robust relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Highly organised with strong time management capabilities.
Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to achieve results.
