Our client is a highly regarded commercial law firm with an established presence in the Sydney market. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial & Corporate Lawyer with 5+ years PQE to join its successful Corporate, Commercial & IP practice.
Working directly with two experienced Partners, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of matters and advise a diverse client base of Australian and international businesses, including private and public companies.
The role offers a broad mix of corporate and commercial transactional and advisory work, together with the opportunity to develop your experience in Intellectual Property.

Partnership agreements
Sale and purchase of businesses
Corporate and trust structuring
Trademark prosecutions and filings
IP portfolio management
General commercial and corporate advisory work
You will work with clients across a range of industries,
providing plenty of variety and the prospect to develop solid client relationships.
About You
5+ years PQE in corporate and commercial law
Robust technical commercial law experience
Experience drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements
Corporate transactional and advisory experience
Strong drafting and attention to detail
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
The ability to manage matters and deadlines effectively
An interest in Intellectual Property and a desire to develop further expertise in this area
