About the role
You'll be at the core of the advice team, contributing to real client outcomes from day one.
Research and analyse tax structures, asset ownership and portfolio construction
Model scenarios and stress test strategies
Prepare SoAs, RoAs and client materials
Learn directly from experienced advisers, investment professionals and senior strategists





What we're looking for
2+ years' paraplanning experience with current exposure to advice and plan construction
Curiosity, strong attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly
Confidence with advice technology (Xplan experience is a bonus)
Solid communication skills and a team-first approach
A commitment to complete your Skilled Year and remain in the paraplanner role while you progress your career
