We’re working with a growing construction business that is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a full time basis in Melbourne. The successful candidate will take the lead on education and government projects as the business continues to grow and secure recent project wins.

This is a great opportunity for a Site Manager who is confident running projects from site commencement through to completion and is looking to join a business where they can take ownership, contribute to the team and grow with the company.

The Role
Managing day-to-day site operations and project delivery
Coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers
Managing site safety, quality and compliance
Monitoring project programmes and ensuring key milestones are met
Working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors and consultants
Conducting site meetings and coordinating site activities
Identifying and resolving issues as they arise
Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and site presentation
Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Using Procore to manage project documentation,



communication and site processes

About You
Previous experience managing commercial construction projects to the value of $10 million
Experience working on education and/or government projects is highly desirable
Strong experience using Procore
Strong knowledge of site operations, construction processes and safety requirements
Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and trades
Strong communication and organisational skills
The ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
Relevant Australian construction experience
