The Star Gold Coast is seeking a Hotel Guest Service Agent at The Star Residences to deliver outstanding service at check-in/check-out and assist guests with inquiries. You will be the face of the hotel, ensuring guests feel welcomed, valued and well-informed throughout their stay.
