Some customers know exactly what they're after. Others need a little help choosing. We're looking for people who enjoy both conversations and understand that thoughtful, friendly service is much a part of theb experience as what's in the JOY box. We're seeking recent counter and front of house team members at JOY cupcakes at South Melbourne Market, LULU & me cheesecakes and Chrystalla's Kitchen in Collingwood. If you're personable, attentive and take pride in doing the little things well, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll be the welcoming face of the store, helping customers choose and package their cupcakes, cheescakes and Chrystalla's food.
Previous experience in hospitality, retail or customer service is welcom but not a must. More valuable is a thoughtful approach to service, a willingness to learn and the ability to work well with others.
