Accounts Payable Officer
$40 - $45 per hour + super | Sydney CBD - Hybrid with 2 days WFH

Responsibilities:
Process high-volume supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Prepare and review payment runs, ensuring correct coding and approvals
Maintain vendor records, recent supplier setups and account details
Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve payment and invoice queries
Support EFT payments, reconciliations and vendor verification processes




Ensure compliance with internal controls, statutory requirements and company policies
Contribute to process improvements and provide broader support to the finance team as required

Requirements
Previous experience in an Accounts Payable position
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Robust problem-solving capability
