/n Whether you have experience in horticulture or simply a green thumb and a love for nature, your presence will be truly valued./n
/n By spending time in the garden together, youâll support older residents to stay active, maintain their mobility, and boost their overall wellbeing â all while sharing meaningful moments in the sunshine. /n

Hammond Care is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.

Requirements /n
/n We'd be happy to discuss a suitable time during the week for a one hour visit between 9am and 4pm Monday to Sunday, visits could be weekly to fortnightly depending on your availability./n
/n 18 years or older ⢠NDIS Worker Screening Check arranged and paid for by Hammond Care â¢/n
