As our Trade Counter & Internal Sales All-rounder, your principal responsibility is serving our trade customers — both over the counter and by phone — ensuring they get the right products, the right advice, and the right service every time.You'll be responding to enquiries via phone and email, entering orders accurately, and following up to ensure deliveries reach the customer on time.
