For this position, attitude comes first, hands-on ability second and pool experience third.The roleWorking throughout Geelong, the Bellarine, and Surf Coast, you'll travel between residential and commercial clients using a company vehicle and take responsibility for the servicing, maintenance, and presentation of their pools.Your responsibilities will include:Servicing and cleaning swimming poolsTesting water and maintaining correct chemical and pH levelsAdding chlorine, acid and other pool chemicals as requiredDiagnosing and troubleshooting pool equipmentRepairing and replacing pool equipmentInstalling pumps, heaters, chlorinators, filters, lights, and associated equipmentProgramming electronic pool equipment and control systemsSetting up new pool equipmentMaintaining equipment and chemical stock within your vehicleFollowing a daily service schedule and managing your time effectivelyCompleting service records and reporting requirementsCommunicating professionally with clientsTaking care when working within clients' homes and properties.Who we're looking forYou don't need to be an experienced Pool Technician to be considered.We're looking for someone who:Is practical,



hands-on and enjoys figuring out how things workHas strong problem-solving and fault-finding abilityCan eventually work independently without needing constant supervisionIs reliable and takes ownership of their workPresents well and communicates confidently with customersTreats customers' homes, equipment, and privacy with respectIs comfortable working outdoors throughout the yearIs physically capable of lifting equipment, kneeling, bending, and working in confined areasHolds a current driver's licenceCan swimExperience within pools and spas, plumbing, pumps, irrigation, landscaping, carpentry, property maintenance, construction, or mechanical servicing would be advantageous.What's on offer?
