This full-time role offers stable employment, a supportive team environment, and family-friendly hours.About the roleThis role involves warehouse and production operations, including loading and unloading freight, replenishing stock, assembling agricultural and industrial attachments, and managing inventory across yard and warehouse environments.Working Hours:Monday to Thursday:7:00 AM - 3:30 PMFriday:7:00 AM - 1:00 PMKey responsibilities (include but not limited to):Maintain a clean, tidy and secure yard environmentLoad and unload incoming and outgoing freightAssisting customers and drivers as requiredOperating forklifts and other equipmentReplenish picking stock in the yard and warehouseAssist with stocktake and stock managementPick and pack warehouse transfer ordersLabel inventory upon receivalAssisting workshop and operations staff with general dutiesUse a variety of tools and equipment to assemble agricultural and industrial attachmentsAssemble mechanical and hydraulic components and products to meet customer specificationsUtilise company systems and software to process orders and navigate warehouseFollow all workplace health and safety proceduresAbout youFull Australian work rights (sponsorship is not available)Mechanical aptitudeStrong work ethic and reliabilityGood teamwork and communication abilitiesHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work both independently and in a teamForklift licence (essential)Previous experience in a production or assembly environmentPrevious experience in warehousing and/or yard managementPrevious experience with warehousing software (ERPs)What We OfferStable employment with a growing companySupportive team environmentOngoing training and development opportunitiesCompetitive pay and conditionsOpportunity for career progressionAdditional Information:Successful applicants will be required to pass aPre-employment Medical, which may includeDrug and Alcohol TestingOnly shortlisted candidates will be contactedEarly applications are encouraged as positions may be filled during the recruitment processTraining available on the job.
