Warehouse Operator (Refrigerated Beverage Manufacturing)Preshafood is Australia's first and largest commercial provider of High Pressure Processing (HPP) for juices and foods, and the owner of the successful and innovative Preshafruit juice brand.We are seeking an experienced and reliable Warehouse Operator to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Derrimut, Melbourne.This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong forklift skills, solid warehouse experience and a willingness to work as part of a fast-paced food manufacturing operation.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and effective movement, storage, receipt, and dispatch of materials and finished products across the site.The successful applicant will be responsible for:Receive and put away raw materials, packaging and other goodsPick, prepare and dispatch finished goodsOperate forklifts safely and efficientlySupply materials to production and return unused stockManage stock locations,
rotation and inventory movementsAssist with stocktakes and inventory checksSupport production when requiredKeep the warehouse and storage areas clean, organised and safeAssist with the upkeep of forklifts and warehouse equipmentWork closely with the warehouse and production teamsCarry out other warehouse and forklift duties as requiredSuccessful candidates will have:A valid forklift licenseExperience with warehouse and production forklift tasksExperience working in a fast-paced warehouseExperience in food and/or beverage manufacturing environmentStrong time management, organisational and communication skillsThe ability to work as a team and autonomouslyWe are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operator with exceptional forklift skills who takes pride in their work, is willing to work hard and completes tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
