Australian Athletics is seeking a energetic leader to cover a 9-month parental leave as a 0.6 FTE role (3 days/week).
You will lead and develop our Performance Coach Developers, partner with the AIS Performance Coaching program, and drive Event Group Panels to shape technical and tactical excellence nationwide.You'll bring international-level High Performance coaching experience, a proven ability to lead under pressure, and strong stakeholder relationships to support coaches and athletes toward
