The Role

Beaumont Installations is looking for an experienced flooring professional to join our team as an Installation Site Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified installer, leading hand, supervisor, or experienced tradesperson who understands hard flooring installations and is ready to take the next step in their career.
Reporting to the Installation Area Manager,



you'll use your industry expertise to support and coordinate a network of installers, oversee installation projects, maintain quality standards, and ensure outstanding outcomes for customers.
While previous management experience is advantageous, we're equally interested in people with strong flooring knowledge, leadership potential, and a passion for delivering quality workmanship.
What You'll Be Doing
Support and coordinate a network of flooring installers across multiple projectsConduct site visits, quality inspections, and resolve installation issuesProvide technical guidance and support to installers and customersEnsure installations are completed to Australian Standards and company expectationsBuild strong relationships with builders, site supervisors, construction teams and customersAssist with scheduling, project coordination and installer allocationMonitor workmanship, safety, productivity and project performanceIdentify and onboard new installers to support business growth
About You
You'll ideally come from a hard flooring installation background and be looking for an opportunity to utilise your trade knowledge in a broader leadership role.
To be successful, you'll bring:
Hands‐on experience installing hard flooring productsStrong knowledge of flooring installation methods, materials and site requirementsA practical understanding of what makes a high‐quality installationExperience mentoring apprentices, leading hands or other installers is highly regardedStrong communication and relationship‐building skillsA solutions‐focused approach and the confidence to make decisions on siteGood organisational skills and attention to detailConfidence using technology, apps and operational systems
