Responsibilities will include:Leading and contributing to solution design, prototyping, and engineering approach selectionTranslating requirements into technical deliverables in collaboration with systems/engineering stakeholdersHands-on development, unit/integration testing,
and support through release/deploymentPromoting and embedding engineering best practices (secure coding, quality, CI/CD)Mentoring and supporting junior engineers where neededWhat we're looking forTo be successful, you'll bring strong software engineering fundamentals plus solid delivery experience in complex environments, including:Strong commercial experience with Java and JavaScriptExperience building API services and working with enterprise integration patternsWorking knowledge of DevOps / CI/CD, plus tools such as Docker and KubernetesExperience with Agile delivery (Agile / Kanban)Comfort working with tools like Jira and ConfluenceExposure to geospatial systems is highly regardedEligibility (essential):Australian CitizenActive TSPV clearance (this is non-negotiable for this program)Why consider it?
