With comprehensive training and support from an experienced team, you'll develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in automotivesales.About the roleYou'll help customers find the right vehicle while learning the completesalesprocess - from the initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery.Your responsibilities will include:Welcoming and assisting customers in the dealershipUnderstanding customers' needs and recommending suitable vehiclesPresenting vehicles and arranging test drivesResponding to phone and online enquiriesFollowing up with customers and building lasting relationshipsAssisting with trade-ins and vehicle appraisalsWorking closely with the wider dealership teamDelivering a professional and memorable customer experienceAbout youWe're looking for someone who is:Friendly, confident and approachableMotivated, ambitious and eager to learnComfortable speaking with a wide range of peopleCustomer-focused and professionalWell presented, organised and reliableWilling to take initiative and contribute to the teamDriven to achieve goals and deliver resultsExperience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or another people-focused workplace would be a great foundation, but it is not essential.
