This is why Allplates is such a outstanding place to work.Due to continued growth and strong customer demand, we have exciting opportunities for experienced CNC Laser Operators to join our team at our modern engineering workshop in Molendinar.You'll be working with industry-leading Trumpf and Amada equipment, producing high-quality precision components for a diverse range of customers and industries.This is a great opportunity for an experienced operator who takes pride in their work, enjoys working with quality equipment and wants to be part of a supportive, professional manufacturing team.About the RoleWorking as part of our production team, you will be responsible for setting and operating CNC machinery to ensure production targets,
quality standards and customer requirements are consistently achieved.Your key responsibilities will include:Setting and operating CNC laser machinery in accordance with daily production schedulesReading and interpreting engineering drawings and Standard Operating ProceduresConducting quality checks and using precision measuring equipmentUsing hand tools including grinders and orbital sandersEnsuring products meet required quality specificationsMaintaining a clean, safe and organised work areaWorking collaboratively with the production team to achieve daily targetsAbout YouWe are looking for reliable and motivated people who take pride in producing quality work and have a genuine interest in CNC manufacturing.To be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience operating CNC laser or other CNC machineryThe ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and Standard Operating ProceduresAn understanding of quality requirements and precision measuring equipmentA strong commitment to workplace health and safetyA reliable, punctual and positive approach to workThe ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamA willingness to learn and develop your skillsA current forklift licence would be highly regardedExperience with Trumpf or Amada machinery, CNC laser, folding or punching will be highly regardedWhy Join Us?
