You'll play a vital role in both the day-to-day operations of the business and the loan application process, ensuring everything runs smoothly and professionally behind the scenes.This is a unique dual role, ideal for someone who enjoys both administrative efficiency and client-facing responsibilities in a fast‐paced, yet supportive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the broker's calendar, book appointments, and coordinate meetingsScreen emails and phone calls, ensuring professional and prompt communicationPrepare reports, presentations, agendas, and client correspondenceOrganise travel and accommodation when requiredMaintain internal documents and ensure compliance with Australian privacy lawsAssist with onboarding new team members, office admin,



and supplier coordinationCollect and review client documentation for home loan applicationsEnsure all submissions comply with NCCP, ASIC, ACL, and lender policiesEnter and maintain data in loan CRM systems and digital recordsLiaise with clients, lenders, solicitors, valuers, and settlement agentsPrepare and lodge loan applications and supporting documentationMonitor loan progress and provide clients with timely updatesAssist with post‐settlement care and long‐term client relationship managementAbout YouWe're looking for someone who thrives on structure, communication, and getting things done.
