Disability Support Worker - Slacks CreekMake a Meaningful Difference Nextt is seeking an experienced male Disability Support Worker to provide dedicated 1:1 support to a male participant living with a psychosocial disability.The participant requires structured, person-centred, trauma-informed and consistent care.You will play a crucial role in supporting the participant to continue living as independently as possible, while helping to maintain a stable, safe and supportive environment that promotes wellbeing, independence and emotional regulation.Encouraging healthy communication and positive relationship building is an important part of the role.
