Employment type: Full-timeHours: Thursday – Monday, 8:00am – 4:00pmVehicle: Own ute or van required | Tools providedAbout the roleWe're looking for an experienced Handyman to join our growing property maintenance team in Noosa.The role involves maintaining a portfolio of luxury holiday homes, apartments and resort properties throughout the Noosa area.The role is built around three main pillars:General MaintenancePreventative MaintenanceGuest-Related IssuesThis is a practical role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently and is able to identify what needs to be done and manage their day accordingly.Key responsibilitiesGeneral property maintenance and repairsCarpentry and timber repairsPainting, patching and plaster repairsPreventative maintenance checks and reportingAttending to guest maintenance requests and issues with a hospitality mindsetDiagnosing maintenance problems and determining the appropriate solutionMaintaining holiday homes, apartments and resort properties to a high standardCoordinating with management and external trades when specialist work is requiredCompleting jobs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanshipAbility to confidently use our reservation and maintenance software platforms to manage,
