Motorcycle Holdings (ASX: MTO) is seeking an experienced Remuneration & Benefits Manager to lead the design and implementation of remuneration frameworks across our national business.This is a part-time, 12-month fixed-term contract (approximately 2.5-3 days per week) created to establish the foundations for a contemporary remuneration framework.
While initially a contract role, there is potential for the position to become permanent as our remuneration capability continues to evolve.Reporting to the EGM People & Culture, you will operate in a standalone specialist role, partnering closely with People & Culture, Finance, Payroll and business leaders.Key Focus AreasDevelop remuneration philosophy, frameworks, salary structures and job architectureConduct salary benchmarking and market analysisReview and recommend improvements to commission,
incentive and bonus arrangementsSupport pay equity and remuneration governance initiativesPartner with the HRIS project team to embed remuneration frameworks within SAP SuccessFactorsLead the design and implementation of the SuccessFactors Remuneration Module in preparation for the **** remuneration review cycleCreate practical, sustainable remuneration tools, policies and processesAbout YouYou are a senior remuneration professional with experience establishing frameworks and governance in a complex organisation.
You bring strong analytical capability, commercial judgement and the confidence to work autonomously while influencing senior stakeholders.Experience with remuneration system implementations, job architecture, salary benchmarking and incentive design will be highly regarded.Why Join Us?
