As the Chef you will be preparing meals to the highest quality, maintaining hygiene standards and assisting in creating varying menus to keep our residents excited.Working as part of a team to provide meal services to all residents, assisting in the efficient preparation and delivery of meals.You will enjoy working within our Better Together social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.What does your new role look like?
Preparing nutritious meals, snacks and desserts to the highest standardsMaintaining hygiene standards within the kitchen and adhering to health and safety proceduresAssisting the Executive Chef Manager in developing new and exciting menu itemsDeveloping relationships with residents and their families, providing companionship at mealtimes and seeking feedback on menu improvementsEnsuring stock levels are maintained and ordering completed in line with facility budgetsWorking with a friendly team of Cooks, Kitchen Hands and Food Service AssistantsAbout YouAbove all, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest.
