Become a part of our world.ABOUT THE ROLEWe're looking for a detail-driven and technically strong Garment Technician to join our Factorie team.In this role, you'll bring product to life through best-in‐class fit, construction and quality — partnering with Design, Buying and suppliers to deliver consistent, fit‐for‐purpose product that meets our brand standards.You'll play a key role in ensuring every style is executed with precision, combining technical expertise with commercial understanding to support strong product outcomes.You will:Lead fit sessions, providing expert direction on fit, construction and garment balanceOwn fit comments, specifications and technical documentation across developmentBuild and maintain block libraries,



ensuring consistency of fit across categoriesPartner with Design to support product development and advise on fit and constructionWork closely with suppliers to communicate technical requirements and ensure accurate executionSupport fabric and trim decisions to ensure product is fit for purposeDrive continuous improvement in fit, quality and product performanceCollaborate cross‐functionally with Design, Buying, Production and Quality teamsIf you're passionate about product, have a sharp eye for detail and love solving technical challenges, we'd love to meet you.SKILLS & EXPERIENCEProven experience in a Garment Technician role or similar technical positionStrong knowledge of garment construction, fit principles and garment measurementDeep understanding of fabrics, fibres and material performanceExperience working with offshore suppliers to deliver quality outcomesHigh attention to detail and accuracy across all stages of developmentStrong problem‐solving skills with a continuous improvement mindsetExcellent stakeholder collaboration across Design, Buying, Production and QualityProficiency in Microsoft Office (Adobe/CAD highly regarded)Strong initiative with commercial awareness and a passion for productBENEFITSCompetitive salaryFlexible working options & people‐first leave initiativesAccess to our world‐class Support Centre,
