Support for you and your family via our Employee Assistance Program.Relocation financial support may be negotiated, subject to eligibility.About the roleThe Executive Assistant provides confidential administrative support to the Deputy Director and team, managing diaries, meetings, and correspondence.
The Executive Assistant delivers high-level customer service, administrative, and financial tasks, ensuring accuracy, efficiency,
and teamwork across administrative functions within CaFHS.Please look to address the essential minimum requirements highlighted in the attached Role Descriptor within a 2-page cover letter.Key duties of the roleAlert the Director to emerging issues and enquiries and aid in responding to such enquiries.Manage and coordinate diary appointments, room bookings, meetings, and events.Receive and manage telephone and email enquiries appropriately.File, retrieve, and track electronic and hardcopy documents.Receive and check timesheets, leave forms, and Bonafide reports.Skills and ExperienceExperience providing a confidential secretarial and administrative support service.Demonstrated ability to provide services for meetings/projects.Experience in the preparation of briefings and high-level correspondence.Ability to use discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.Demonstrated ability to draft routine and more complex correspondence.Enquiries can be directed toRachael HollisPersonal Assistant & Office Manager*********Want to learn more about career opportunities at WCHN?
