Join our Finance team as an
Accounts Receivable Officer
and play a key role in managing customer accounts, resolving queries and supporting timely collections. This is more than a collections role, with the opportunity to work closely with customers, families and internal stakeholders while contributing to process, system and procedure improvements.

About the role
Manage a high-volume accounts receivable portfolio, including invoicing, collections and account reconciliations.
Communicate with customers regarding outstanding accounts and resolve account disputes.
Monitor accounts receivable balances and proactively follow up overdue invoices.
Maintain accurate records and updates within the debtor management system.
Build strong relationships with customers, families and internal stakeholders.
Prepare monthly accounts receivable reporting and support discussions to resolve outstanding issues.
Contribute to the implementation and improvement of processes, tools and procedures.
About you
Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control or a similar role.
Experience managing a high-volume debtor ledger.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively within a finance team.




A proactive approach to identifying and recommending process improvements.
Experience using ERP systems.
Experience with Salesforce, Lumary and GreenTree will be highly regarded.
