You will have the opportunity to use the skills you've developed throughout your career while learning the requirements of an aged-care kitchen.Key responsibilities:Prepare and cook fresh, quality meals for residentsComplete food preparation and bulk cookingPrepare texture-modified meals in line with resident dietary requirementsWork independently to manage the kitchen across the weekendComplete general kitchen duties, including dishwashing and clean-downMaintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanlinessFollow relevant dietary and food service requirementsWhat we're looking forTrade Certification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)Experience working in a professional kitchen — whether that's a café, pub, restaurant, hotel,
