VIC Aged Care Contract(Full Time)
Casual Opportunity, ASAP start for a Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist - approx. 4-week assignment working Monday-Friday, excellent rate.
Hourly rate $65- $66 per hour +12% Super and weekly pay
Blended role combining home visits and centre based services
Location Windsor and Caulfield
We are currently seeking an experienced Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist for a short-term locum opportunity supporting clients across Windsor and Caulfield, with community home visits across surrounding Local Government Areas (LGAs).
This is a great prospect if you are looking for an immediate, short-term assignment within a community-focused environment.

About the Role
You will provide high-quality assessment, treatment and rehabilitation services to clients in their homes and community settings, supporting mobility, independence and overall quality of life.
Key responsibilities will include:




Assessing mobility, strength, balance and functional capacity
Developing and implementing individualised treatment and rehabilitation programs
Providing exercise, mobility and falls prevention programs
Assessing and recommending appropriate mobility aids and equipment
Supporting clients to achieve their functional goals
Working collaboratively with clients, families, carers and multidisciplinary teams
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and reports
Managing a community-based caseload effectively
About You
We are looking for an experienced candidate who is confident working independently within a community setting and can commence at short notice.
You will ideally have:
Relevant tertiary qualification
Current AHPRA registration
Previous community or home-visiting experience
Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to manage a caseload independently
Current Police Check and other relevant compliance requirements
