Day to day, you will:Design and deliver an engaging, play-based program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)Observe, document and assess children's learning to inform planning and share progress with familiesLead, mentor and support your room team, modelling best practice every dayBuild warm, respectful partnerships with families and communicate openly about their child's developmentEnsure the room meets National Quality Standard (NQS) requirements and maintains a safe, healthy, welcoming environmentContribute to the centre's continuous improvement and positive team cultureAbout youYou're an experienced educator who leads with warmth and knows what great practice looks like.




You'll bring:A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved) as a minimumDemonstrated experience as a Lead or Room Leader in a long day care settingStrong working knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and relevant regulationsA current Working with Children CheckCurrent First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma trainingExcellent communication skills and a genuine passion for children's learning and wellbeingCurrent Police CheckNational Child Safety Training – Foundation & Advanced ModulesAustralian work rights are required for this positionWhy Bambini?
