Guided by the Project Manager and ILS Lead, the candidate will be responsible for planning and analyzing Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and supporting market solicitation activities.
Position Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop Government Gate approval documents, support concepts, plans, and contracts for ongoing support.
Advise the Project Manager on ILS Program requirements.
Contribute ILS input to broader project documentation, including IPMP, SEMP, TEMP, and FPS.
Actively engage with stakeholders and participate in meetings.
Developing ILS concepts and plans.
Supporting FIC workshops and conducting FIC analysis.
Assisting with the Government approval process
Conducting systems analysis, including sparing and maintenance evaluations.
Contributing to the CLC process.
Clarifying logistics policy and legislation for Defence stakeholders.
Developing business cases, scope, costing,



and managing contracts and procurement activities.
Drafting responses to correspondence, briefs, and reports on logistics management.
Assisting the Project Manager in developing ILS schedules and cost model inputs.
Additional Information
This role reports directly to the Project Manager, with functional reporting to the ILS Lead. There are no subordinate toles to the ILS support role. We understand that each person's career journey is unique. Let us help you find your next fulfilling role.
