RGIT Australia is seeking an experienced Trainer/Educator to onboard and develop our clinical team in a full-time role. You will coordinate onboarding programs, deliver induction and ongoing training for nurses and staff, and maintain training materials.
The role combines training with occasional operational shifts in the Call Centre when required, supported by a career development and facilitation program.
