You will: * Provide the Victorian Maternal and Child Health Service Program using a family centred partnership approach in accordance with the service program guidelines and standards.* Facilitate group work, including new parent groups, drop-in programs, and group-based initiatives* Support and participate in the student clinical placement program within the Maternal and Child Health Service. **Let's talk about you** You will thrive in this role if you: * Have current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
as a Division 1 Registered Nurse and Midwife.* Hold Postgraduate qualifications in Child Family and Community Health- Maternal Child Health Nursing* Have demonstrated knowledge and skills to provide and deliver the Victorian Maternal & Child Health program to the diverse range of families with young children from birth to school age.* Have demonstrated knowledge of primary health care, health promotion and principals of early intervention.* Demonstrate a commitment to the provision of a quality service and continuous improvement.* Bring well-developed communication skills including interpersonal and written skills. **Why you will love working with us** In addition to the role, we also offer a variety of benefits.
