The group has needs in its Hobart location, which is under an hour from Chicago, IL.
About the Opportunity:
Work in a small-group setting.
Monday-Friday work week. No weekends
36 clinical hours per week

Compensation/Benefits:
Guaranteed base salary ($250K Range)



plus RVUs with a bonus structure based on productivity and quality
Up to $25,000 in relocation assistance
Robust benefits package including Medical, dental, vision, malpractice with tail, $6,000 per contract year for license, dues, CME
