Previous experience in a busy restaurant
Confident managing your own section
Strong food and beverage knowledge
Friendly, professional and comfortable talking with guests
Able to work efficiently during busy services
Reliable and a good team player
Available across weekdays and weekends
Current RSA
Experience in
Italian restaurants, premium casual dining or high-volume venues
is highly regarded.
What we offer
$35–$40 per hour + applicable penalties
