Preferred Requirements
Demonstrated experience working in mental health nursing settings




Strong clinical assessment and observation skills in a mental health context
Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centred care in an inpatient environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
Commitment to maintaining professional standards and duty of care
Preferred Qualifications
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
Relevant mental health nursing qualifications or post-graduate study in mental health
Current First Aid and CPR certification
