About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated Public Health Sanitation Inspector to ensure compliance with health and sanitation standards in Queenstown . This vital role involves conducting regular inspections of various establishments, including food service operations, public facilities, and residential areas, to identify and mitigate potential health hazards. You will play a key part in protecting community health by enforcing regulations, educating business owners and the public, and investigating sanitation-related complaints. The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of public health codes and excellent investigative and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine and complaint-based inspections of food establishments, public accommodations, and other facilities to assess sanitation standards.
Enforce local and national public health codes and regulations related to sanitation and hygiene.
Investigate reports of unsanitary conditions, nuisões, and potential public health risks.
Educate business owners, employees, and the public on proper sanitation practices and health guidelines.
Prepare detailed inspection reports,

Requirements
