As a Service Integration Engineer based in Melbourne, you will join our Global Service Desk team, supporting some of the world's most advanced warehouse automation and software solutions.
Working within a highly collaborative global environment, you'll investigate and resolve complex technical issues while helping to keep critical customer operations running efficiently.
This is an exciting chance to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with technical experts across Australia and Europe.
Your Impact:
Support business-critical warehouse automation systems and software applications for customers across the globe.
Investigate incidents and service disruptions, performing root cause analysis to identify and resolve underlying issues.
Analyse logs, system data, and application behaviour to diagnose complex technical problems.
Coordinate with software, infrastructure, database, and technical specialist teams across Australia and Europe.
Manage incidents, problems, and changes in line with ITIL processes and best practice.
Contribute to service improvement initiatives that enhance system reliability and customer performance.
Support Service Transition Operations activities and contribute to knowledge sharing within the global support team.
What makes you a great fit?
Experience in Application Support, Systems Support, Infrastructure Support, Enterprise Software Support, or a similar technical support environment.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate complex technical issues beyond first-line support.
Experience supporting business-critical applications, enterprise systems, or technology platforms.
Understanding of ITIL Incident, Problem,
and Change Management processes.
A proactive, curious approach to problem-solving, combined with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with SQL, system integrations, Warehouse Control Systems (WCS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), warehouse automation, Splunk, Elasticsearch, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, or ActiveMQ will be highly regarded.
