We are seeking amotivated NDIS Service Coordinatorwho combinesparticipant support with business growth and networking.
The role involves helping people with disability implement their NDIS plans, building strong referral partnerships, identifying new enrolment opportunities, and coordinating high-quality, person-centred supports in line with NDIS compliance and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities
Drivebusiness growth and partnershipswithin the NDIS sector across Sydney
Build strong relationships with participants, families, Support Coordinators, LACs, and referrers
Promote NDIS services togenerate referrals and participant engagement
Deliver outreach, networking, and presentations to support growth initiatives
Track market trends and identify new opportunities
Work with internal teams to ensurehigh-quality, compliant service delivery
Meetbusiness growth targets and KPIsin line with NDIS requirements




Strong commitment to achieving positive outcomes for people with disability
Strategic mindset with effective problem-solving abilities
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
Flexibility to attend external meetings, events, and networking activities as required
