About the role
Key responsibilities include coordinating meetings, documentation, registers, reports and correspondence; tracking actions, requests, risks and milestones; and supporting project governance and delivery. The role also builds robust stakeholder relationships, maintains accurate records and project information, and ensures activities align with relevant plans, policies, legislation and departmental requirements.

Qualifications and experience
You'llbring:
Demonstrated coordination or administration experience relevant to commercial projects in a government or transport operations setting (mandatory)
Advanced level understanding of relevant project administration/management software including MS Office and other applications utilised for financial and records management (mandatory)
Pre-employment checks and employment conditions
Relevant pre-employment screening and reference checks will berequired.
Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa necessary for the nature of the position.
