Wellways Connected Care in Hobart is seeking a dedicated Peer Worker to draw on lived experience and support participants across Tasmania. You will help build authentic connections, encourage self-advocacy and recovery-oriented care in a field-based role delivering outreach services.
The role requires a Certificate IV in Mental Health or equivalent, a current Working with Vulnerable People check, and a valid driver's license.
