NUTREND Homes is seeking a Residential Draftsperson to join our team! The ideal candidate will be positive, flexible and highly motivated with a passion for accuracy and detail. Excellent communication and organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
The Role
Co-ordinate, produce & deliver accurate site plans, sales plans, working drawings, variations, and final construction plans
Creative thinking and design solutions
Maintain and develop relationships with our sales & estimating department
Constantly develop thorough knowledge of our products, services and processes

Key Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years' experience within a similar role
Strong proficiency in Revit
Diploma Building Design or Drafting preferred
Ability to work efficiently and accurately
Secure, Sunshine Coast Based builder
Excellent work setting with ongoing support
Salary is dependent on the successful candidate's experience.
