Redgum is seeking an experienced Campaign Manager in Australia to lead a 6–10-solid fundraising team regionally.
You will run a campaign end-to-end, coach performers, and own results, reporting directly to the General Manager and Directors.
This role rewards leadership, target-driven performance, and a hands-on approach to scaling campaigns across Australia, the Philippines and Malaysia.
