You will lead the syrup room team, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across 24/6 production, while upholding GMP and HACCP standards.
You will collaborate with Quality and Technical teams, manage staffing and training, and drive continuous improvement in a rapid-paced FMCG environment with opportunities for career progression.
