Branch Manager for Mars Campers Caboolture
Job Description
High level of management across both BOH and FOH departments
Ongoing service and maintenance of all products and Post- Sale experience
Management of profitability of branch – including stock levels + profit margins
High degree of quality control conducted on all produced goods
Upskilling product knowledge to better educate all customers
Coordinate with HQ teams to consistently improve branch performance across both BOH and FOH departments
Attending and marketing all Mars Campers products at all caravan and outdoor shows
Managing deadlines, ensuring productivity targets are met.
Coordination between Production and Sales staff.
Leading the sales team to ensure we are delivering an exceptional experience to our valuable customers.
Management and distribution sales leads.
Role Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of Automotive/ Caravan branch management experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Strong problem solving and hands on skills
Microsoft office competent
Previous experience with CRM systems – Hubspot, Zoho
Ability to work weekends and travel for interstate/ rural area tradeshows
