WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Campaign Manager, you'll be responsible for building and leading a team of 6–10 professional fundraisers in your region.
You'll set the standard on the field, coach your team to perform, and manage the day-to-day operations of your campaign — all while reporting directly to Redgum's General Manager and Directors.
Your responsibilities will include:
Recruiting, onboarding and developing a high-performing fundraising team
Delivering daily coaching, briefings and performance feedback
Managing campaign KPIs, quality standards and compliance requirements
Building strong relationships with charity partners and representing Redgum professionally at all times




Reporting on team performance and campaign outcomes to senior leadership

$80,000 base salary (full-time)

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Proven experience leading a team in a D2D or F2F sales or fundraising workplace — this is non-negotiable
A track record of hitting and exceeding targets, both personally and through your team
Strong coaching and people development skills — you lift others as you climb
Confident, organised and able to manage the moving parts of a live campaign
Motivated by outcomes and accountable for your results
Alignment with Redgum's values — transparency, ethics, and genuine care for the work
