Capital Health Network (CHN) is seeking a Services Relationship Coordinator – Primary Care in Canberra.
The role works within the Commissioned Services Team to collaborate with CHN-funded providers and stakeholders to facilitate improved health outcomes in the ACT's primary care program area.
The position offers hybrid work, 38 hours per week, and is a full time fixed term until 30 June ****.
Competitive remuneration includes a salary around AU$98,582 per year on a pro-rata basis for FTE.
